How a profile is built
You talk about your work. Adam turns it into evidence you can check.
No form to fill in. Adam asks, you answer in your own words, and every line it records says where it came from. Nothing is scraped from anywhere else.

What Adam does for you
- Tell Adam about your work
A conversation about your projects, the stages you have carried, the software you use and the way you like to work. Upload a CV if you have one to hand and Adam reads it first, then asks only what it still needs.
- A profile you can read and correct
Adam turns the conversation into a structured profile: projects, stages, software, sectors, preferences and the things you would never accept. You can see every field, change any of them, and delete the lot.
- Roles, scored and explained
Roles employers have briefed to Eve on the platform, and roles from external boards where a source has been approved, are scored against your profile. Every card shows why. Say "not for me" and Adam shows you different things first; your profile and the scores stay yours to change.
- Prepare for the conversation
Practise interview answers and get feedback on each one. Check salary benchmarks for your role and region before anyone asks your number. Talk negotiation through with Adam when an offer is on the table.
- Introductions on your terms
Saying you are interested in a role is a deliberate action, never a side effect of signing up. An employer first sees your evidence under an alias. Your name and contact details move only through an introduction you have accepted.

For candidates
You are the point of the product, not the product
- Free for candidates.
Employers pay a fee when they hire. That funds the candidate side, including the preparation tools.
- Sharing is off by default.
You switch it on, choose what it covers, and can switch it off again from your settings.
- Your current employer is kept out.
Your profile marks your current employer as confidential, and you can block other employers by name. The blind-introduction rules are built around that boundary.
- You can delete everything.
Export or delete your data at any time. Deleting is deleting, not archiving.
- A person decides.
Adam recommends, explains and prepares. It does not apply on your behalf, accept anything for you, or decide who hires you.
How is Adam different from a job-board chatbot?
A job-board bot searches a database. Adam builds a profile of you that you can read and correct, remembers each conversation, scores roles against that profile with the reasons shown, and helps you prepare for the interview that follows.
Why not just use LinkedIn?
LinkedIn tells your network you are looking. Adam works privately, matches on your actual project experience rather than a headline, and keeps your current employer behind a boundary built into the introduction rules.
Will I be flooded with irrelevant roles?
Matches are scored against your profile and every card says why. Saying "not for me" changes what Adam shows you first. There are no bulk emails.
Is it really free?
Yes, including the preparation tools. Employers pay a placement fee when they hire someone. You are the point of the product, not the product.
What if I am not actively looking?
Build the profile anyway and keep sharing off. Nothing is visible to anyone. Use the benchmarks and the interview practice, and switch sharing on if that changes.
Who sees my data?
Nobody until you say so. Sharing is off by default, you choose full profile or skills only, you can see and delete everything Adam remembers, and an employer learns your name only through an introduction you accepted.
