Introductions to hiring teams

No applications, no waiting, no black hole. For roles on the platform, Adam writes a three-sentence introduction straight to the hiring team. They accept with a meeting time, and it lands in your tracker automatically.

“I'd like to introduce you to a Project Architect with eight years across heritage and residential, Stage 4 delivery led on £12m schemes...”

Mock interviews that score every answer

Practice for the exact stage you're facing: phone screen, technical, panel, or final. Every answer gets a confidence score with what worked and what to add, so improvement is visible session to session.

Room to negotiate upward

Coaching for the decisions, not just the search

Not sure what you want next? A career clarity session works it out from what energises and drains you. Offer in hand? Negotiation coaching gives you the exact words to use, and what not to say.

“Based on my research into market rates for this role, I was expecting something closer to £58k. Is there flexibility?”

Exact language, your numbers, practised in a roleplay before the real call.

How it works

1

Tell Adam what you want

One conversation about your background, projects, and what actually matters to you. Upload a CV to go faster.

2

The search runs without you

Adam scans live job boards daily and matches employer roles on the platform, scoring every one against your profile.

3

Review and refine

Say "not for me" and the matching learns. Say "interested" and it goes straight into your tracker.

4

Get ready

Mock interviews scored answer by answer, salary benchmarks for your role and city, negotiation coaching when the offer lands.

5

Skip the application

For roles on the platform, request a warm introduction: three sentences to the hiring team, accepted with a meeting time.

Adam is completely free to use

Companies pay a fee when they hire. That funds everything below for you, including coaching that would cost hundreds per hour anywhere else.

Fair questions

How is Adam different from a chatbot on a job board?+

Job board bots help you search a database. Adam is an agent with memory: it builds a real profile of you through conversation, remembers every session, tracks your applications, coaches you for each interview stage, and gets more useful the longer you use it.

Why not just use LinkedIn?+

LinkedIn shows you what recruiters want you to see and tells your network you're looking. Adam works privately, matches on your actual project experience (RIBA stages, software, sectors), and same-company privacy means nobody at your current practice can ever see you here.

Will I get spammed with irrelevant roles?+

No. Matches are scored against your profile and capped, and every "not for me" teaches the matching what to stop showing you. There are no keyword-blast emails.

Is it really free? What is the catch?+

Really free, coaching included. Companies pay a fee when they hire someone, which funds the candidate side. You are the point of the product, not the product.

What if I'm not actively looking?+

That's the best time to build your profile. Keep sharing off and nothing is visible to anyone; switch it on when you're ready, or just use the coaching and salary benchmarks.

Who sees my data?+

Nobody, until you say so. Sharing is off by default, you choose full profile or skills-only, you can see and delete everything Adam remembers, and "Delete everything" genuinely deletes it.
