When do companies pay?+
Only when a candidate introduced by Eve signs a contract. There is nothing to pay up front, per seat, or per job posted.
What if the hire does not work out?+
If the person leaves or is dismissed within 3 months, the full fee is refunded. Not a credit, the money back.
Do candidates ever pay anything?+
No. Adam is free, including the coaching. Companies pay when they hire, which is what funds the candidate side.
How does 10% compare with a recruitment agency?+
Specialist AEC agencies typically charge 15 to 25% of first-year salary, with retainers common on senior roles. One flat 10%, success-only, with a refund guarantee.
Is there a minimum commitment?+
None on either side. Candidates can export or delete their data any time; companies can stop using the platform whenever they like and owe nothing unless a hire is made.
What about contractors and freelancers?+
For contract placements the fee is 10% of total compensation over the first 12 months, on the same success-only terms.
What if we already knew the candidate?+
If you were already in an active process with the candidate before Eve introduced them, no fee applies. Tell us and we will verify it, no argument.
